Managed Service Agreement Overview

Service

GuestRespond reviews authorized lodging portals each weekday, creates human-approved responses, records completed work, flags significant issues, and prepares property reports according to the selected plan.

Standard coverage

Standard coverage is Monday through Friday with a one-business-day target. Weekend reviews enter Monday’s queue. Emergency or weekend coverage requires written agreement.

Client responsibilities

The client provides authorized portal access, accurate property information, approved contact details, escalation contacts, and timely direction for refunds, legal matters, safety events, or sensitive complaints.

Approval and authority

GuestRespond does not promise removal of reviews, rating improvement, or platform action. Material remedies, admissions, compensation, or legal statements require client authorization.

Fees and cancellation

Monthly plans are based on managed-review volume. Overage, portfolio scope, cancellation notice, and data export terms are confirmed in the signed agreement.

A licensed attorney should review the final agreement, privacy terms, liability allocation, data-processing terms, and jurisdiction provisions.
