Information we process
GuestRespond processes business contact information, authorized user accounts, property profiles, review content, response records, internal notes, operational tags, and consultation submissions needed to deliver the service.
Guest information
Guest names are not included in public responses. GuestRespond launches with public review management and does not require private post-stay survey data. Reservation identifiers are minimized and stored only in shortened or fingerprinted form where supported.
How information is used
Information is used to generate and approve responses, provide analytics and reports, secure accounts, support clients, improve service quality, and meet contractual obligations.
Service providers
GuestRespond may use infrastructure, AI, email, and payment providers under appropriate service terms. Information is not sold.
Retention and requests
Clients may request correction or deletion of their business data subject to legal and contractual requirements. Contact suki@guestrespond.com.
